*Service and management fee and all other outgoings such as electricity, water and gas charge etc. are not included from the above licence fee. Service and management fees is to be calculated in an equal portion by reference to the number of maximum permitted occupiers of the Flat at the relevant time; all utilities charges (water, electricity and gas charge etc) is to be calculated in an equal sharing basis by reference to the number of actual occupiers of the Flat at the relevant time. For the applicant who choose to take over the entire flat, service and management fees and utilities charges such as water, electricity and gas charge etc must be bear in full.shall be responsible equally by all residents in a flat.

#The calculation of “Approx. average / month” is based on the amount of the full licence fee divided by 12 as the approximate amount for your reference only. Please refer to the full licence fee (11.5 months) showed on the left hand side as the amount and licence period for the licence agreement.

Service and management fee: currently HK$6.1/sq. ft monthly (Approx. GFA) – The Services and Management is being provided by professional property management company (currently Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services Limited, a renowned worldwide management company).

All terms including but not limited to prices are subject to change from time to time which are subject to the final signing of the licence agreement. If you have any enquiry, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Licence Agreement Information

  1. Commencement date: 18th – 31st August 2017 (confirmation on the exact date will be sent by email to successful applicant).
  2. Full period: mid-August 2017 to early-August 2018 (total 11.5 months) (confirmation on the exact date will be sent by email to successful applicant).
  3. All applicants shall provide written evidence that they are current students or current teaching professionals (fresh graduate students or recently retired teaching professionals will be considered case by case).
  4. All applicants must abide by Uni Hall House Rules and Regulations.
  5. All residents that reside in a flat will be jointly responsible for all fees, including but not limited to licence fees, service and management fees, water, electricity and gas charges etc.
  6. Service and management fees is to be calculated in an equal portion by reference to the number of maximum permitted occupiers of the Flat at the relevant time; all utilities charges (water, electricity and gas charge etc) is to be calculated in an equal sharing basis by reference to the number of actual occupiers of the Flat at the relevant time. For the applicant who choose to take over the entire flat, service and management fees and utilities charges such as water, electricity and gas charge etc must be bear in full.
  7. Upon successful application, applicants will receive a confirmation letter by email with the payment and other detailed terms of the licence agreement.

Remarks If Plan 1 is chosen, a one-off amount of HK$1,000 will be deducted from the total sum of the full licence fee. (Uni Hall will consider this application as a priority)

Deposit: Upon completion of the contract, deposit will be refunded after deduction of all outstanding fees and charges, provided there is no other loss or damage (fair wear and tear excepted).

Gas, Water and Electricity Charges and all outgoing charges : residents will be notified and relevant bills shall be paid by the residents within 14 days upon receipt of such notice.
